Core Fitness Training Class September 22 7:00 p.m.


If you are looking to increase your fitness through core training, then come up to Colonel's Bicycles on Thursday, September 22 at 7:00 p.m. for lecture/ interactive training session with Dave Regier. Dave will be here to show us the fundamentals of core training, using fitballs and body weight.

Dave is an athletic trainer who specializes in sports medicine and has over 30 years of experience. He is an amputee cyclist with six years of riding under his belt. He has ridden over 24,000 miles on his Moots Mootour and has been chosen to ride in the Million Dollar Challenge as one of the disabled riders for the Challenged Athletes Foundation (C.A.F).

There has been a whole lot of Moots action up at the shop lately and Aubrey has been busy building up some of the sweetest Ti bikes we've seen going out the door.



First up is Jack Stinnet's VaMoots RSL. It weighs in at 15.9 lbs and is equipped with a custom Moots seatpost and Campy Super Record Ti shifters, brakes, derailleurs, and cranks. This bike will be complete once it has it's custom Moots stem.




The second pair of custom bikes ready for pick up are a Mootox RSL and Moots Rigormootis belonging to Lanny and Raven Lancarte of Alta Cocina restaurant. You can't get any more tricked out than these two beauties.
